Our nurse on duty will assess the situation and notify the appropriate medical facility if needed. We also require you to fill out the emergency contact details during the enrolment to notify you if such situations happen.
Do you accept children living outside Pyrmont?Yes, however it is up to the parents to organise the necessary transportation required to and from the child care. For safety concerns, all children must be accompanied by their parents or a nominated adult to pick up the children after hours.
How many staff are currently at Smarty Kids Care?On a daily basis, we currently have 3 staff and a nurse on duty. We also bring in additional staff according to the needs of the day and on outings with children.
